If shipping applies in your area, shipping charges will be calculated and view-able at checkout. All orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day Monday-Friday. Otherwise, the order will go out on the next following business day.

We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm EST.

Shipments currently are sent via USPS. We will be adding FEDEX and UPS options very soon.

You agree that we may charge you any sales taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

RE-ORDERING GUIDELINES

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of CBD.

UNANTICIPATED EVENTS

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.

CONTINUITY

Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.

CONSENT
